1. Get Started: Tap the green “Get Started” or “Log In” button on the app’s opening screen.
2. Enter Email: Type in the exact email address used to purchase the tickets for the August 18 game. (Note: If the email doesn’t match, the tickets will not show up).
3. Enter Password: Enter the MLB account password. If they forgot it, tap “Forgot Password” to receive a reset link via email.
